I had an amazing time at Park Royal Design District’s 5th London Design Festival this year. @therepublicofparkroyal continues to support the artists and makers in a way I’ve not seen in my 25ys of being a creative business owner. The installation of the containers in North Acton Square was a game changer for the festival, a great way for the public to see what we are doing in the industrial estate 5mins away. Thanks to everyone who came through and supported, chatted and showed interest in what we are all doing. So proud to be part of the amazing talent in Park Royal, we’ve got a great manor! Thanks to Loom Projects and Katrina Burroughs for the press and people who bought my stools, paintings and sculptures, and Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation (OPDC) for letting me design the banners for the square. Lastly a hats off to Park Royal Design District for pulling off a great event – local investors who supported, thank you and support them more!
