This was my second exploration into furniture-making, created in collaboration with Open Desk for an exhibition with local maker-space POW.

Using templates from Open Desk’s archive, I approached the design process much like I do with my studio and mural work — layering forms, playing with shape, and building compositions that feel both functional and expressive.

I used 9mm MDF for the main structures and 24mm birch ply for the bases and legs. It was a great project with plenty of learning along the way — and it’s only encouraged me to keep pushing further into this space.
